About Us

Health First Chiropractic has been serving patients in Western Washington since 1988 with quality chiropractic care. We strive to provide the highest clinical expertise in a caring environment.
We strive to get our patients better with the least amount of adjusting. To accomplish this goal, we use what is known as the Blair Technique. The Blair Technique is a precise and gentle adjusting method, designed to stabilize the spine with very little adjusting and helps to create long term correction and stability.
Health First has been active in the community since our founding in 1988. We provide free public health screenings, ergonomic and back care classes, and we conduct annual food drives to supply our local food bank.
There are three Health First offices to serve you: Sedro-Woolley in Skagit County, Marysville in Snohomish County and Capital Hill in King County.

During that time I was introduced to the Blair technique by Dr. Perry Rush.  “My favorite quote from BJ that I always shared at school was “Find it, Adjust it, and leave it alone.” I love chiropractic and it’s ability to reconnect people to a part of themselves that they believe is lost or didn’t even know existed. Everyone needs to know that their bodies ability to heal is greater than anyone has permitted them to believe,” states Dr. Croxford. Currently he reside in Marysville, WA with his wife Daisy and 4 children Spencer, Alexis, Ezra and Jacqueline. He loves to camp and hike in the beautiful mountains of Washington, riding his 3-wheeler and getting together with family.
